All Star Father’s Day

11th June, 2016. Posted by Mr Swagger

The much overlooked Daddies day is approaching and if you look around a little there are a few places who actual care that your a father and appreciate how expensive that privilege can be year round.

Yesterday I was fortunate to be the first person to indulge in the All Star Lanes Exclusive Limited Edition burger that they will be launching for Fathers day, the Big Daddy.

All Star Dad

Created by their Executive Chef Ashley Clarke, thew Big Daddy Burger certainly lives up to it’s name. Big in size, garnishings and flavours. Made from two succulent 6oz chuck and rib beef patties, montery jack cheese, two rashers of treacle-cured bacon, beer fried onions, topped with tomato, mayo, and All Star relish, all served in a soft brioche bun.

Does it taste good? It tastes like pride and achievement! At first when it was placed in front of me I didn’t think I’d be able to get through it, but you just can’t help yourself to keep enjoying this behemoth. When I was finished I felt content and accomplished, and I’ve actually awoken today wanting another one.

So when can you share in my sense of contentment and accomplishment?
